Keeping each other safe

Keeping each other safe involves “a lot of face-masks”. 

At Profound, our culture is a caring and collaborative one, where we are all working together to make a difference in people’s lives. During the corona virus pandemic (Covid-19), our culture is playing a bigger role than ever in the changing workplace and how we all take each other’s wellness seriously. We are about safety and wellness and continuing to work together to accomplish our business goals and purpose in society, while being as supportive as possible to our employees and those around us in these unprecedented times.

As a team, we are doing whatever we can do to boost each others comfort levels and following policies and precautionary measures such as the use of “face-masks” to prevent unknowingly spreading the disease, whether in our Profound workplace community or external community. It also means at the same time boosting morale through virtual bonding meetings, honest and ongoing transparent communication, and frequent touch-points.
